The size and resolution (4k) is the right size for work, with 2 window open one on top and on at the bottom (can’t do this efficiently with wide screen). Color accuracy is always wonderful with HP.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from easy to install and setup great image quality it was easy to install the product one sheet instruction paper was a snap. also my laptop recognized the screen and all its settings, I was ready to rock in less than 15 minutes from opening the box until I could see my desktop window on it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Could have been so much better Unfortunately, it's in a box, waiting to be returned once the RMA is processed. I decided to return the monitor shortly about a day after taking receipt of it. The clarity and contrast weren't great, screen uniformity was inconsistent, and the backlight bleeds through the top bezel. I'm bummed, because I had faith in HP's quality going into the purchase, as my wife and I have owned (and currently own) various other HP products. I guess for the price tag, you're paying for size and the prospect of running full 4K at 100% scaling, and not the color and sharpness you'd expect to see in a quality monitor.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great large monitor Bought it 3 weeks ago. It was easy to attach the stand and my old monitor cable was supported by the Z43. Plug and Play gave me basic use right away. Down loaded the HP Driver and utility program gave me more controls than I ever imaged.

It has been used for college and high school papers and projects. It has also been used for remote work. For creating documents the 4k display allows you to edit and view up to 4 documents side by side. A tip to make old eyes strain less is to increase font and icon size in your OS.
