EARNING AND MAINTAINING TRUST
Maintain Accurate Books and Records
Our Company, our customers and our shareholders make decisions based upon the information that we record and report. We are committed to making full, fair, accurate, timely and understandable disclosures to governmental agencies and the public.
CDW policies address our recordkeeping and reporting obligations and reflect leading practices in both areas. You are responsible for the accuracy of CDW records that you help create, approve or maintain, including time sheets, expense accounts and financial records.
How IT's Done ...
- Follow all processes and controls designed to enable CDW to report its financial results accurately.
- Create, maintain, modify and dispose of business records only in accordance with CDW policies.
- Never include any false or misleading information in any business records.
- Comply with requests from the Legal Department if they ask you to pay close attention to or hold on to specific records that may apply to litigation or an investigation.
The CDW Way
A false record could impact how CDW, an individual or another company makes an important business decision. If you have concerns that a record may contain a mistake or be incorrect, it is your obligation to report it to your manager immediately.
