Tripp Lite's B021-000-19 1U Rackmount Console features an integrated 19" LCD display, full 88-key keyboard and touch pad, all in a 1U rackmountable housing. The included KVM cable kit allows for connection to a PS/2 computer or KVM, and a PS/2 to USB adapter is included, which can be used to connect to a USB computer or KVM. The unit features a USB 2.0 pass-through port for connection of a USB peripheral, such as a flash drive, CAC card reader, etc. Your peripheral device connects to the USB type A port on the front of the unit, and your computer connects to the USB type A port on the back of the unit using a Tripp Lite UR020-Series type A M/M cable. Constructed of heavy-duty steel housing. Compliant with the Federal Trade Agreements Act (TAA) for GSA Schedule purchases.

      I has used Tripp-Lite products throughout my IT career and have found they always perform well. I've never had an issue with them.

      We purchased this for our TV station to connect to one of our KVMs. It is -much- better than a simple pull-out rack for a miniature keyboard and mouse, which ends up being quite cramped. Plus we save the rack space of having to have a monitor in the rack. The keyboard is basically full-size and there's a trackp

      We've had this KVM for about 4 years, and it's been a great, solidly built console. It did recently need to be replaced, and the new version looks to be made with some less expensive materials, but still a great KVM. Would recommend!

      I just got this and it is built solid. The hinges and sliding rails are a bit stiff, but I dont mind at all. I would buy this again if I needed to.

      I have several different model/brands of rackmount consoles and this is by far the best. large easy to read flat-screen and full keyboard and track pad. Never had a problem with it.

      Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great, reliable product at a good price pointFirst time using Tripp Lite Console, used primarily AxC & IBM in the past but I can say I'll be using more Tripp Lite in the future. Latest Network was built from the ground up with all Tripp Lite racks, management and patch panels and I was truly surprised at how well everything came together. End-user loved the lower cost too!

The keyboard is basically full-size and there's a trackpad... some of our engineers don't like using a trackpad, but we use the USB pass-through to let them plug in a mouse, so it's great! We did need to buy a special cable, USB Type A to USB Type A, to get the pass-through connected up though. Build quality is outstanding.
