Once ordered the pkg came quickly and the charge is correct. Back to being able to charge my laptop. My old charger cable got kinked from all the wrapping up and traveling I do with it so it didn't make a good connection to charge anymore.

It is important to buy your chargers from Lenovo directly, as having the wrong voltage or adapter, even if it charges your computer, could potentially fry it as well. (that wouldn't be good I do wish the adapter was lighter, or that the main adapter was separate from the plug, as this charger does fall off most wall sockets with little resistance.

When asking about information which have been updated by Lenovo but not by my carrier, and all they did was refer me to my shipping carrier again and again and again... They could not replace my item quickly and told me it would be close to two weeks for it to aarrive I ended up purchasing a new one from Walmart. I got the item and next day shipping for the price of just the item from Lenovo.

Never again will I do that, so I broke down and bought the real deal. It has had no problems. If you need a back up or a spare, don't fall for the knock off. You'll be sorry.

Has plenty of juice to power my tired Ideapad 330 but it's not that easy to grab onto since the entire surface of the wall-wart is textured (to prevent smudges, I guess. The only real criticism I have is that the cable is a teeny, tiny bit short for my purposes. Still, those are very minor faults when you consider it's performance.

After a week of no movement in the package, I used online chat stating the package was lost and that I wished to have another charger shipped. I was told that your logistics office had to attempt to track the package and that I would hear back within 24 hours. 72 hours later I called your customer service center only to be told that I again had to wait 24 hours for logistics to complete their research. I explained that I had already been through this process and was disappointed that I could not move past this step. I was told the customer service representative would contact the person I spoke with in the chat to see if he had heard back from logistics. It was 24 hours before I heard back and received confirmation that a new charger would be shipped out because the original package was lost. I am disappointed that it took so long for my issue to be resolved.

After a few years of owning a Lenovo Flex the charger gave out, trapping my daughter's school work on a computer she could not turn on. Tech assistance was nil because it would not power on, so I bought a new charger. All was well for a while, and there had been nothing wrong with the computer. Now one month later, the charger won't charge again. Lenovo chargers are flawed. I will have to switch to a different laptop brand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Heavy but ?? Wire sheath is stiffer than the 2017. Good still. The 2017 charger had a lower wattage (my mistake on that). However, the wire sheath had a matte look on my charger from back then and the sheath of the wire was very pliable as well as soft to the touch. The new charger's wire is about the same diameter but the wire is much stiffer and the sheath is a shiny smooth black plastic. The charger is right heavy for one that can plug directly into the wall. Overall, this is a 5/5 though.

When my current laptop fell, I was concerned that the charging port would be damaged as before. Since this adapter is shorter in length than the one before, nothing inside of the port seems to be damaged. it is charging as expected. Apparently, this adapter is more fragile than in older models, but that is a plus for me since the broke broke easily and did not damage the port.

It wasn't until my dear cat found my charger cord that I needed a replacement. I didn't want to buy an off-brand one, so when I found that they had chargers on their site I was very excited. My charger was bitten up only a week before Christmas, and I was worried it would take awhile to ship due to the busy holiday season, but it came in just a few days! All of my previous chargers are a flat rectangular brick with a separate power cord. This made a great deal of sense. The current brick is difficult to plug in, too short, and too fragile. Previous Lenovo chargers were much better. The laptop gets high marks, but I will have to source another adaptor, because the provided one does not meet my needs or expectations.

However, no other universal laptop charger has the same connector that hooks up to my Lenovo laptop (IdeaPad. Thus, I purchased it for travel and it is the same one that came with my laptop. The issues: The square block plug is so heavy that it falls out of the wall outlet when I'm working remotely. Sometimes I have to prop up my computer bag to hold the plug into the outlet. At home, the block is so long that I need two outlet spaces to fit it into the surge protector. Lastly, the cord does not disconnect from the block plug and I'm worried it will bend or slit. However, it does charge my computer. I would only recommend this if it's a last resort.

Most power supplies I've used have been composed of two cords that helps provide extra length for flexibility for work locations.

I'm not certain if it's because of the connection blade thickness is at minimum spec or if it's related to weight distribution. But it's very annoying. I would have given it one star but it seems to work electronically. At least so far.

I had to rearrange the living room to get closer to an outlet and I have to use an extension cord. I guess I will have to carry an extension cord around with me when I travel too. Also, I am concerned about the quality of the cord. It seems very flimsy. This review is specific to the adapter only.

Thought maybe I had a bad computer so I took the thing to Costco and plugged my new computer into their power outlet and BINGO, fired right up! It should be 3 pin ( 2 flat pin & the top one round) with a wire. Other countries do not have good sockets. I have used mac before wth such kinds and adpators burn easily due to spark & also it weighs down. Adapter should be in middle - in the sense cord and then plug. they dont have any other compatible adaptors. Just bought this laptop 2 weeks back & I am now dreading to use this plug in other countries. Its 2016, the team should have had thought better. Great laptop but power plug sucks.

So, even though I have a perfectly good adapter that came with the unit, I’ve added another. Of course, I hope it never needs to be used, but the old saying “better safe than sorry” is practically a mantra in a town that suffered three major quakes a couple of months ago.

Also, I'm not sure if it's the laptop battery or PS, but it takes longer than expected to charge - also, computer loses charge rather quickly. (Used for work and school)

This is hard to plug in to a power strip without an extension cord, and using it outside the US is a nightmare. It hangs heavy on the plug adapter, and causes the plug adapter to be insecure. I LOVE the laptop, but am now in search of an aftermarket power cord.

I can’t plug into the wall in any room in my house and sit on my bed, by the table, etc. I’ve had to move my table to the wall to be able to plug in and charge. In addition, the metal tip bent within a week after receiving the laptop. I have to order a new one now because I am scared it will crack off. Lastly, the way the charger is made with the big box that goes near the outlet makes it fall out of the outlet all the time. I’ve had multiple Lenovo laptops in the past and have never had this experience.

Nothing I've seen on your website so far has any indications as far as VOLTS and AMPS. All you show are Watts. Well, I don't know how many Watts my Lenovo needs because you (the manufacturer) failed to indicate that on the tablet. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lenovo 65-Watt Wall-Plug AC Adapter Adapter runs cool and is adequate to indefinitely power the Lenovo Ideapad L340 I bought along with it. It arrived along with the laptop and worked fine without setup right out of the box. My only misgiving is that, in an older AC line wall jack, the twin-prong plug fits loosely enough it kept spontaneously dropping out of the wall jack. After I bought yet another $10 surge protector with newly-fabricated jacks, the problem was entirely solved and I'm happy with it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Buying an Adapter from on-line retailer I had purchased a AC wall adapter from an on-line retailer for my New Lenovo Flex 5. It was advertised to fit my Model, but when I got it, the barrel plug required WAY too much force when I connect it to the laptop. Not wanting to risk damage to the laptop, I bought a charger direct from Lenovo. Paid a little more, but it fits perfect and I sleep better.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Needs redesign. I bought this one as a travel spare. The block is too heavy. It won't stay plugged in the outlet. I just bought a short extension cord, to plug into instead. It works, but is an extra cord I'm carrying now. Block should de in the middle, like most laptops.

The problem was when I plugged it in the Lenovo wanted to update, so I let it, it was taking way too long so I shutdown the computer. I tried to restart and got the dreaded black screen, I took it to GEEK SQUAD and they pronounced it dead. Such frustration!!!!!!!

I can just toss this one in my laptop bag and go, whole knowing that I have another at home, just in case I lose the one I'm traveling with.
