customer service once you get where you need to, is EXCELLENT!!!
Lost my CD for drivers, etc. and had to re-instal Windows for a fix then had to reload drivers. I haven't seen customer service as good as this young lady was in decades. It was a rather complicated (42minute) process by phone and she stayed with me through to print, save and send. OUTSTANDING SERVICE. I've only used it for a couple hundred pages so I can only hope the reliability is as good, but so far I would buy more Kodak products, again. I'm reminded of a former employee that sang their praises over the Hubble telescope work or military satellites work, can't recall which, they were #1, hope they will again.

I need help finding the jack input for this i940, I have it but can't find the power input for it, can anyone help me?

Great Scanner
I received this scanner today. I bought this specific model because it has a high daily page count. After initial testing, the scanner seems very capable of fulfilling my needs in a portable that will be used with my laptop while in the field.
