Great Headset
The sound quality via headset and microphone is excellent. They even sound great when listening to music. They are well worth the price if you are looking for quality.

The product is excellent. The reason I paid dearly for such a product is that the microphone delivers on its promise. Here in Brazil the product is very expensive, anyway, I recommend. Clean, clear sound without a lot of background noise.However, after about 6 months, the clarity started to diminish and all 3 headset users started to begin hearing crackling noises both when the headsets were being used and also when not on a call.Now at just over a year, I have too many calls where I cannot hear my clients at all.

The headset is...I don't want to say uncomfortable, I'll chose the word "awkward." Just doesn't feel like it sits on my ears (dual) correctly and I'm always adjusting them. Disappointing really for the cost, but my last Hello Direct headphones needed to be replaced so...

Callers hear me fine most of the time but if I try to lower my voice, the caller can't hear me. So if you always talk loud or at a louder than normal conversational volume, you'll be fine. If you want to talk softly so as not to be overheard by everyone or disrupt everyone - try another headset.
