Rated 5 out of 5 by from GREAT SCANNER! The build quality of the Pro 2000 scanner is pretty good, the visual quality of scanned images and text is very accurate and are never misaligned. After previously holding onto an old Konica Minolta copier for scanning, I'm very happy I donated the copier and replaced it with the Pro 2000. I should have made the change long ago.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from sucks I received it yesterday. I work at a law firm. It is impossible. It sucks in huge amounts, there is no program included. It is the worst scanner I have ever encountered. I will most likely be returning it to see about another.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great hardware, terrible software. The hardware is great, similar of what to expect from other leading brand high speed bulk scanner units. The software experience is awful. By default, the scanning button does nothing. The scanning tool is far from straight forward of how to configure the scanner button to work, the windows scanner configuration panel doesn't quite do the job either. When you DO manage to get the scanner button to work, it takes a good 10+ seconds to respond and begin scanning even on a decent recent spec computer. I am not impressed at all. The poor software experience makes it a deal breaker and it will be returned.
