We have installed several of these across our organization. (3 states, 13 offices) The box comes with a paper template to mount the base plate onto the wall. All other pieces are attached to this. Ergotron tends to have a very specific method of the buyer completing this task, After your first one, you know what to expect. Also note: Depending on your computer (All-In-One ) or ultra small form factor, proper cable management in conjunction with power and / or ethernet jacks should also be considered. Intermediate install with ptience and experience.
Pros: The product is great! Surpasses many other solutions. Minimixes eye and neck strain.
Cons: Involved assembly and installation. Mouse holder is an akward shape.
