Ergonomic monitor wall mount
It is pricey, but worth it. Simple to install and has all the features needed. It’s the monitor wall mount that my son will have through college.

Cannot hold the 30 lbs. advertised. Monitor Sags
This arm is very expensive and has a 30 lb. weight capacity in the description. I have a 26 lb. monitor attached and the top arm cannot sustain the weight and the monitor falls forward. Very disappointed. I am on the Ergotron website and seeing that they sell for more money an adapter that can support more weig

Must have for long office workers
Such a heavy duty great piece of equipment to have in the office. I have little to no more neck pain and my posture has gotten so much better having the screen at the exact correct height.

Perfect for All-in-Ones
This is a good heavy duty wall mount arm that can handle daily production use. We used them to mount Lenovo M900z all-in-ones and they have no problem holding the weight of them once you adjust the arm tension. We've mounted them directly to wall (either to a stud or where we installed backing) and we have used

I bought this monitor arm solely on the weight rating. I think Dell should send me the adapter for free and asap as right now I cant use my monitor arm.

We used them to mount Lenovo M900z all-in-ones and they have no problem holding the weight of them once you adjust the arm tension. We've mounted them directly to wall (either to a stud or where we installed backing) and we have used the optional track. The track gives you the option of moving the mounting point up and down, but it's not easy to do and we found the arm motion was enough to never need to adjust the height of the mounting point. On the con side, and this is me being a little picky, the cable management is a little lacking. The main arm has a plastic snap in that works fairly well, but you have to zip tie cables on the upper arm which means you have to make sure you have enough slack in your cables to accommodate full arm movement. It's also a little annoying to have to clip and retie if you have to add or replace a cable.
