I didn't like the ink - and didn't know I was going to have to fill up ink tanks. Seems a little antiquated - but hope it lasts and hope the color stays vibrant. I had to wait a few days after purchasing to download the printer software from Epson -- their entire site was down for maintenance -- WOW?! Anyway - so far, so good.

The scanner is difficult to set up Spent over an hour and still cant scan. Incredibly loud but stumbled on a quiet setting that is much better. would like a USB for scanning.

Be very careful to read the instructions to load ink and you'll do well. Am not happy with the actual printer's menu and trying to print from the machine's copier. Is very confusing and picky; also need to use an implement to push the functions because it won't punch in commands with a touch. As long as you can scan into a device and print from wi-fi, you're fine. Photo quality isn't bad, but not the best.

I was fed up with purchasing ink every couple months and when I did the math I was actually really saving by going with this eco-tank printer. I also love the wireless connection and it easily connected up to both the pc and Mac in the office. According to Epson, you can print hundreds of pages a month and the printer still comes with two years worth of ink! Besides the money savings I feel like all printers should go this route for the sake of the planet and reducing waste. Definitely happy with the purchase thus far! The quality of the prints is on par with my needs. I’ve even printed color photos and they are pretty good. Printing wirelessly from my phone has been a great bonus as well, epson has a few apps for this feature. Very happy with my purchase!
