DYMO LABEL WRITER WRLS PRINTER BLK is rated 3.07 out of 5 by 56.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sleek design and easy to use I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. The Dymo LabelWriter Wireless is simple to assemble with only the printer and a power cable needed to get started. The labels were easy to load with pictures included to ensure they are loaded properly. The printer came with clear instructions in a `Quick Start Guide` offering two different ways to connect to your wireless network. At first attempt I was unable to connect using just my router but after following the instructions for connecting using the Quick Setup Wizard on my computer the connection was made quickly. I am using the Dymo App that was a simple free download from the Apple APP store (also available in Google Play store. The app is easy to use although I found (as is true with most new products) that I had to play a bit to navigate the different options I have for label making regarding fonts, orientation, shapes, pictures, etc. I am looking for a simple way to get organized with labeled files at work and home and this label maker is going to make that so easy! From a few clicks in the App on my phone I can have the labels I need. I also printed a few address labels for some bills that are paid monthly and I was able to save them in the app so next month it will be even easier. One of my favorite features is the sleek design. I can leave this labelwriter on the top of my desk and it is small enough that it tucks nicely off to the side but the sleek design is one that I don`t mind being seen by visitors. I am looking forward to investing in some of the other 30+ available label sizes to see other ways I can get organized in 2018!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Makes storage fun! I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. I work as the Executive Assistant for the Director in the the government sector. We are responsible for maintaining all government records and have very exact rules on retention of documents. Any technology that eases the burden of this storage works for me. The Dymo LabelWriter Wireless is a superpacked machine contained in a compact design. The whole machine is about the size of your hand. It has transformed the way I label storage at both the office and home. Unboxing the item, you should have: the machine, USB cable, starter labels, and power cables. Set up is super easy. Wi-Fi is connected with ease and ensure the connection with the side icon that will be lighted when in use. The side panel also contains the power and advance and buttons. I downloaded the Dymo Connect App. Some of the options are file folders, storage/shelving, shipping, name badges, address and price tag or create your own custom label. Labels are easily created and printed. Once the labels print, they are ready to be applied. No smearing. The back of the label is easily removed without fighting with the back. Labels stick to the surface securely and stay affixed with no pealing. This is a quality machine that produces quality products. My favorite feature is the compact size that can be used remotely with no wires. I can easily take this product into the storage room and create everything I need without running back and forth to the computer. A super, excellent product that received a 5+ rating!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from worried about it I had a dymo label printer over 10 years ago and loved it. I was excited to get one again and thought the wireless feature would be great. It worked well the first day or so, and now I can't print labels from access. It seems the wireless version has some software glitches or something.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hard to set up in Network I’m tech Davy but I could not get it set up on my network. It took an hour with customer support (I think in India) to get it set up. It norms ok now but the application isn’t as friendly as my prior hard wired excellent Dymo label printer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. The Dynamo LabelWriter Wireless was easy to setup right out of the box. The instructions were easy to follow to get the device connected to my Wi-Fi. The company websites that have to be used for the device setup were a little difficult to navigate, but did not take a long time to get through. With my full time job, as well as a small business owner, I use labels constantly to stay organized with files and paperwork. The Dymo LabelWriter allowed me to create the labels that I needed quickly, and easily. My one concern is that the plastic seems very flimsy. The device does not seem like it would be very durable and able to withstand constant use. I think that with one fall from a desk, or out of my hand, and it would break completely. Overall, the labeler is easy to use and definitely a great organization tool. It is the perfect size for my desk and being able to use the app from my phone is a huge bonus!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Frustrating To Set-up I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. The product was easy to assemble. The instructions for connecting the wireless label printer to the computer were easy to follow but connecting to the mobile device was challenging. I had to call technical support for help. I was not able to print labels. Some of the instructions were left out of the guide.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Labeker for the medical office I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. I work as an office administrator at a medical office and spend a lot of time labeling folders, patients documents and medical supplies. So this product was right up my ally. First of all, it’s very easy to assembly and instructions are very easy to follow. The Demo LabelWriter is small and fits perfectly on a table with other office supplies. The wireless feature is extremely helpful when you have to print a lot of labels and don’t have to punch every single letter in. I just downloaded the app and was able to print all the labels using my I-phone.I was able to print everything from my phone without even touching computer or labeler for that matter. The labels are very clear and easy to read-trust me,you don’t need your reading glassesv. All in all,it’s an excellent product and I definitely rate is as 5 star product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tough to connect I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. Packaging was appropriate and the device was easy to unpack and plug in. The unit itself is nicely compact size, looks nice and has a little weight to it which makes me believe it is of decent quality and would hold up under office conditions. Labels were easy to load and once I got it working , it was very fast. However, the most difficult aspect of the device was getting it to connect wirelessly. I tried several times on my office computer, following the very limited instructions in the booklet. After one hour, I gave up and asked my wife to help. She tried to install on her office PC and spent another 30 minutes before getting it to work. She got a pop up screen during the installation process that I never got on my PC (both are running WIN10). I was also never able to access through URL listed in the instructions. My wife did some web searching the found a different product site that happened to have a link to the appropriate URL and she was able to get it to work using that. Once it was working, it did a nice job for it’s intended purpose, however, for my needs it is not exactly what I had hoped. It appears to print only the address label or the stamp, not both together. Since I ship items one at a time, I need to print a label with all the information on it. This would work for a business that print s a lot of address labels then had the post office stamp everything. Another downside is that when we were trying to trouble shoot the device on the web, there is not a model number just “Dymo Wireless” so it was actually hard to find the right driver/config info. I think the price point is appropriate for a small office environment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fast, Easy, Convenient Item: Dymo LabelWriter Wireless I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. We print labels for various things in our home office, files, postage, addresses, etc. Having to share a printer with multiple people made switching the paper for the labels a hassle and when they didn`t print right it was money wasted. We were looking for a better way to print all of the labels we needed. SET UP: The set-up was not foolproof but it was fairly simple. Aside from having to have administrator permissions, the installation was easy. The instruction book gives clear directions with pictures and part labels. Plug and play type of set-up. PRINTING: This thing is lightning fast! Be sure to load the labels correctly. The first try I messed up a couple but haven`t had any issues since. The adhesive on the first label caused it to not feed through and the label it was taped to also caused issues. SOFTWARE: The software was easy to navigate and works well with the printer. I like that it also integrates with Microsoft Office to make tasks easier in those programs. The app is also very easy to use. Very cool that you can print from your phone! PRICE: It was a tad on the pricey side especially considering the replacement labels needed. Could definitely be a cost saver if you are using a lot of ink and toner to print lots of labels.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product, easy to install and use! I received the Dymo Wireless LabelWriter and it was very easy to setup. The wireless functionality was super easy to connect to my home network and to my mobile device (iPhone). After only about 5 minutes I was already printing labels. I give high recommendations to this product, because of its usefulness, ease of installation and design.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to set-up and fun to use I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. The first thing I noticed about the label maker was how easy and quick it was to set-up. I simply turned the device on, connected it to my home wifi, downloaded the app, it was ready to use. About 5 minutes total and was off and printing labels. The next thing I noticed was how easy it was to make custom labels. As an example, I chose to take pictures of items such as my children`s toys, and then use text next to the photos. In no time, I had labeled several plastic storage containers of toys, and placed photos there for my small children to easily identify. One area that could be improved would be photo quality. A minor gripe. I would highly recommend this product. It was easy to set-up, easy to create labels, and the more I use the machine, the more creative ideas I come up with to label.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dymo Wireless Labelmaker DOES Work! I've only had this label maker about a week now, but I've read lots of bad reviews regarding connectivity on this printer. It's not the printer's fault. I think Dymo's installation instructions that are incomplete. Many people will install this printer, expecting to print from their wired computers, to this wireless printer. It won't work, and this is by design - for safety and security reasons. Your router has 3 "zones". The wired "LAN" (Local Area Network) zone, the Wireless LAN or "WLAN", and the "WAN" or Wide Area Network (the internet, for our purposes). Computers and devices in the wired and wireless zones are not aware of each other and cannot communicate with each other without special settings in the router to "bridge the gap" so to speak. After you've connected label printer and made it a part of your wireless network, write down the IP address of the printer. Now Google "how to connect a wireless printer to my (insert Your BRAND and MODEL#) router" to build that bridge. Essentially, the "bridge" will connect the group of IP addresses for computers in the wired LAN, to the specific IP address of the Dymo Wireless printer in the Wireless LAN (WLAN), and direct this traffic to a specific port (usually port 9100). When you add the printer, do it manually. Create a new TCP/IP "port" by entering the IP address of Dymo printer, then install the print drivers after that. You should be done.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My First Dymo Label Printer I bought the Wireless label writer in black 6 or 7 weeks ago and I have had to configure it 5 diff times now in Windows 10. Each time is the same problem...it works for a few days and then stops working returning “error status” or something like that. I have used both dynamic and static IP modes to no avail. This most recent configuration i skipped wireless given that it’s completely useless and doesn’t work and just connected to my computer with the usb cable. Hey Dymo I recommend you recall this iteration and start over only the second go around add AirPrint support for iOS. Also who do I contact to return this for one of the tried and proven non wireless models? Seeming that I’m going to be stuck with a wired config I might as well get one that doesn’t make my face white hot with indignation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great DYMO LabelWriter Wireless I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. The Dymo LabelWriter Wireless is a great product. I found it easy to setup and install the wireless printer app on my cellphone. It took about three minutes total to do both. The LabelWriter’s printing capabilities are extremely quick. By far the fastest printing label maker I have ever worked with. I did enjoy playing with the different print options via the computer and my cell phone. One drawback is the color setting. When I tried to print with a black background and white writing, the letters were grainy. I also did not enjoy the letter colors in shades of gray. I would suggest improving the color options on the LabelWriter. This product absolutely met my quality options. I love the fact that there are many label options available to choose from and I can print from my cellphone with an app that does not crash. I experimented with the different front, boarders and letter alignments. I would certainly recommend this product to others.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great features but wireless setup a little tricky I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. I needed a label maker for my office in order to label file folders and print address labels for mail among other things. When I first took the Dymo LabelWriter Wireless out of the package, I was impressed by its sleek design. It is reasonably slim so it fits on my cluttered desk well. It was easy to plug in and turn as well as load the label paper into the machine. However, I had some trouble with getting it connected to my wireless network. It gives 2 methods for connecting it to wireless, via WPS or Quick Setup Wizard. I tried the Quick Setup Wizard first and tried for nearly a half hour to figure it out. I even pulled up the manual on Dymo`s website to see if there were more detailed instructions in the online version, which there were, but I still couldn`t figure it out. I don`t think the instructions for this method were detailed enough. I eventually got the LabelWriter connected to the wireless via the WPS method, which I had to call our IT department to have them help with pushing the WPS button on the router (I had no idea where it was). Alas! I was connected. I downloaded the Dymo software to my computer and added it to my list of printers, which was quick and easy. I really like the Dymo Label application on the computer. It is straight forward and easy to use. My favorite feature is the ability to import one`s address book from other applications - for me, my Outlook Contacts. The Dymo LabelWriter Wireless is much easier to use than the manual label makers I previously have used. Since I am always on my computer at work, it is much easier to type in the information I want on my label on a keyboard than and clicking print, than the one-key-at-a-time entry of my previous old school label maker. Another awesome feature is that you can download the mobile app and print directly from your phone to the label printer! I found no negative features of the LabelWriter device itself. My only suggestion would be to write more detailed instructions in the manual on how to setup the wireless connection using the Quick Setup Wizard when the WPS setup is not an option for the user. I would certainly recommend this product for office and home use to those who are technology savvy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from DYMO LabelWriter is easy to set up and easy to use I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. The product in question is called the DYMO Label Writer Wireless. The main function of the product is to print labels “without cables using WiFi.” The product comes with the label writer, a power cord and power adapter, a USB plug (for direct connection to computer), two different types of labels, and a quick user guide (instruction manual). For the purposes of this review, the focus was to set up the label writer using a wireless connection, and this review will give information for this type of setup only. SETUP: I removed all of the items inside of the box, including the label writer, power cords, and labels. Following the manual, the power setup was easy. I had to connect the adapter and power cord together, and then plug the device into the power outlet. As soon as I plugged in the device, it was obvious that it had power to operate. The second instruction was to load the labels. For the purposes of this review, I loaded the White Address Labels (130 labels per roll). After removing the labels from their package, it is necessary to place them onto a plastic spool and then press the spool completely closed. The labels must face the correct direction and then be advanced with a FORWARD button on the side of the label writer. I did this the first time and noticed that I had forgot to do one small thing. After loading the labels onto the spool and tightening the spool, there is a little arm/label guide that needs to move toward the labels (the arm is a guide that will be adjusted accordingly based on the width of the label). When I moved the label guide into the correct position, the labels loaded correctly and did not fall out of place. WIRELESS SETUP: I was going to connnect the label writer to the USB connector/computer, but I decided to focus on setting up the device as a wireless device. The setup assumes that you have a wireless network and this review will assume the same. The setup was pretty straightforward. I ensured that the label writer was powered on and I can note that I was able to setup the device using a mobile device. You are instructed to go into the wireless network settings and look for the name DYMOLWWXXXXXX. This must be selected as the wireless network. You then enter the following into the web browser, http://192.168.58.1. You must then enter the username and password. After this step, the label writer was set and connected to the network. To ensure that the setup is correct, you can look on the side of the device and the wireless status light will be solid and lit. PRINTING LABELS: For the purposes of this review, I decided to install the DYMO CONNECT app and print the labels through the app. The app has a feature that shows the device as being connected and allows you to choose the label type and presents you with a box where any address can be typed and reviewed prior to printing. I practiced this and was able to easily print different addresses with varying font sizes. You can also choose to make the type BOLD, ITALIC, and UNDERLINED. The printing of the labels was simple and you are able to use different drag points to change the size and height of the type that you enter into the entry box. OVERALL: I found the setup of the device to be easy to follow and very straightforward. There are pictures in the manual that provide a step by step instruction on how to setup the label writer. And, even with a basic knowledge of wireless setup, the setup for wireless connection is very easy. If one follows the instructions they will be ready-to-print in about 10-15 minutes. I would recommend using the app that can be downloaded via the DYMO website or from different app stores. I was very satisfied with the label printing and the app interface is very simple as well. There is very little room for error and I feel that a computer novice would be able to setup and use this label writer with minimal effort.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dymo Stamps is not compatible with Mac Basically the main reason I bought this printer was for postage. To my surprise after I wasted my time looking and looking if I did something wrong I didn't. And then the customer support is only Monday-Friday. Frustrating... and there is no where in the descriptions stating this issue. Research the product before u buy it to make sure it does what u need it to do. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good feature filled labelwriter. First thoughts/Assembly - I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. We tend to ship a lot of items and print labels. We also like to organize as much as we can with labels on boxes etc. The printer looks great and has a concise compact size. It was very easy to take out of the packaging and turn on. I was very happy with the ease of this. Initial Set up and use - I wanted to use this printer strictly with my phone. After a few minutes I realized you had to set it up via the computer first then use your phone. It was a bit annoying but I got it done. Usage - The printer literally has every combination and type of label I could possibly want and some I will never use. I love the fact that I can be as specific as I want with each label. It also has the ability to print postage with an account with a 3rd party. The printer prints labels quickly and isn`t extremely loud. Once the feeder takes a hold on the label paper it will not let go or misalign unless you press the release button. Great feature and quality. Price - I think compared to other label writers this price point is fair. With all the functionality and wireless capability you get what you pay for. Quite possibly overkill for the more basic user/label printer so be aware that this is a higher functionality model.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dymo LabelWriter I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. After finally getting it set up and using it to label my supplements and some files I had been putting off, I feel like I should start off by saying that it takes a while to figure this product out. First off, set up was difficult and not intuitive, and some of the connectivity related steps just did not want to work until I stepped away from the product for a couple of days and then went back to trying to set it up. The most difficult thing for me was the set up. After I was just about ready to call support, the software miraculously found my device all of a sudden, and so I was able to jump right in to trying to configure some labels. The unit comes with a small roll of tiny labels that I found useless, and a larger roll of decently sized labels that I ended up using to test it. The software to create the labels is easy to use and very intuitive, but I found that what I created on the computer did not translate well to what ended up printing. If I centered text on the label horizontally and vertically, for example, it did not print that way. I assume you must measure the labels and then only use a template for the size of labels you have, but I don`t want to have to buy a myriad of label sizes for various uses, as I feel the labels it came with are quite universal. In that sense, I wish the software could recognize what size of label is already loaded into the printer. Overall, I foresee myself having to spend a considerable amount of time learning how to design the label in the software to have it print exactly how I want it, but I feel this aspect should have been created to be more user-friendly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy setup I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. Setup was somewhat easy. Loading the labels is super simple. I did have trouble figuring out how to change the selection of the labels supplied which was return address labels. It kept printing tiny print for a file folder. There's no way to do a customize size. I need to play with it more so it's more for what I use it for which is return address labels.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unable to use because I cannot install I purchased this model in May 2019 believing I would have better luck than others who complained about the connectivity. Unfortunately, I can't tell you how this model operates because I have yet to get it installed and operational. I consider myself computer saavy, but I have had problems at every step. First, every time the label writer is disconnected from power, I have been required to reconnect it to my wireless network. Using the WPS method, this has connected easily only once when the label writer was right next to my wireless router. Despite a solid signal in my home, the WPS method would not work when I try to join the network with the label writer at my desk where I need to use it. Attempting to connect the label writer to my wireless network manually has also been difficult, requiring more than one attempt before successfully connected. Once finally connected to the wireless network, I attempted to install the desktop software on my computer. I'm using Windows 8.1 (64bit). The latest version offered by DYMO would not install. After about seven attempts, I downloaded an older version of DYMO's desktop software and received the same error message. Tech support sent me an even older version of the software which did install. When I tried to activate this older version, however, it said that it was scanning for a label writer but could not see one on my network. After three unsuccessful attempts, I connected the wireless label maker to my computer via the included USB cable, however, the software still is not seeing the label writer on my network. So I will be back on the phone with tech support next week. It's possible that I happened to purchase a defective label writer. It's also possible that DYMO hasn't invested adequate resources to ensure that their wireless label writer is as easy to install and use as most of today's wireless computer peripherals. Regardless, I'm disappointed and am ready to ask for my money back. Sadly, this is the only poor review I've written for any product I've purchased online.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So Disappointed! On January 1, 2018 I purchased a wireless Dymo to replace my Dymo Turbo 350, which I subsequently gave to a friend. I expected the wireless version to work like a reliable air printer. However, there are apparently major problems with the firmware and the wireless feature only works when the lengthy configuration process is done each and every time it is turned on. I learned, after several calls to Dymo support, admittedly, they don't have a workaround and of course support hours are very limited. As a long time user of Dymo, I have come to trust it as a hard working reliable tool. But I have to admit I am so disappointed that the wireless model does not work as advertised!

Works great, right after the software / printer install. Then, a few hours go by. All my computers mark it as offline. Dymo software says it's there, says I can print, but it never prints. I can ping it, and see it on the network. Just not stable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from hmmm? HI! I am trying to learn how to make labels on our new wireless printer from our chromebooks. I have had the turbo labelwriter 400 for 11 years, and I LOVE! As we progress to chromebooks, I need a wireless option. I ordered the wireless and have it connected, but it does not have the features that the 400 has, I AM FRUSTRATED with this application. I cannot see the whole screen on my phone with the dymo connect app, and can't type at all on the chromebook. I don't see where I can store the addresses (2500 of them that I need to store (address book on the 400 model/windows) .. do you have any help, or is this not the model/software that I need. ...... IS THERE A DYMO LABEL V8.3 FOR THE CHROME OS COMING SOON??? thanks! melissa

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disappointed it doesn’t print 4”x6” shipping label Very disappointed that they don’t have one that wirelessly prints all sized labels like the DYMO 4XL. I have 3 DYMO printers and I’m disappointed that I can’t print a shipping label wirelessly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good printer, but tough to set up wireless Overall we are very pleased with all Dymo products we use for our business. The labelwriter wireless printer we purchased most recently prints great, but still have not been able to set up the wireless connectivity. We gave up trying to set up the wireless connection and have it connected like our other standard labelwriters so in hindsight we would probably stick with the standard printers for our next purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great as long as you use the APP Ease of use with the APP: I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion and have been using it for the last week. I really liked the ease of setting up the label maker with my phone and using the app. It was very clear in the instructions, and was a simple 5 minute set up that had me download and app that lets you design your labels and print them wirelessly! I printed labels for boxes, food containers and even toys! You can easily adjust the font, the size, and the layout of each label to fit your needs. Ease of use with the computer: I was never able to get my computer to recognize the printer wirelessly. It would not find it on my network and the instructions were not very clear at fixing that problem. I downloaded the program from the website and it was simple enough to use. I ended up using a cord between my computer and the printer to finally get it to work. I much prefer the ease of the app for making labels. Design: The design of the label maker is super stylish, small, and lightweight. It stores easily when not in use and would fit in fine on a desk without taking up much space at all. The colors are also nice it can go with any decor. Recommend to a friend: I would recommend this label maker to a friend as long as they plan on using it with the app and not trying to hook it up to a computer. I don`t think I will use the program in the future and will probably just delete it as my computer and label maker won`t be stored in the same room. The ease though of being able to print a label at any time from any room in my house makes this product a keeper and I`m already ordering a refill of labels for it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from New Beginning wireless printer I got that at Staples store at my local store and why not try wireless to send from my mobile phone iPhone and tested surprised that it really works but still requires using WiFi to communicate through. Cool feature and happy with it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product easy to use. I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. This product was easy to set up out of the box. It has WPS and was easily connectes to my router by pressing the WiFi button. Once synced and in the network I was able to use the DYMO app to print labels. The label writer itself was easy to st up. Out he box you just plug it in and install the label cartridge. Easy to follow instructions a made this quick. The app provides many options to format your label text to suit your needs. I was able to create labels for storage tubs at my house as well as address labels for the holidays. Overall I would recommend this product as a great way to create all your labeling needs. It’s worth noting that out the box it comes with address labels and stamps but you can order other label sizes depending on what require

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not intended for enterprise use I purchased 2 DYMO LabelWriter Wireless units for a business that frequently prints labels. I was excited to finally find a DYMO that would directly connect to the network instead of requiring a separate USB network print server. Unfortunately the installer is incompatible with Windows Server OS and standalone drivers are not available. Consequently, the DYMO wireless printers cannot be deployed in a domain environment and therefore must be installed on individual machines. Although the print times seem equivalent to the DYMO 450 Turbo, the web interface to control the LabelWriter Wireless seems very laggy and is probably underpowered. Those that aren't tech savvy will have trouble setting up a DYMO Wireless printer because the setup instructions are wrong. The instructions fail to say that you must install the DYMO Wireless printer like a network printer after installing the DYMO software that includes the necessary drivers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Convenient I received this product for my unbiased opinion. I really like how well the labels end up the printing is very clear and clean. Also the wireless makes life so much easier to put together a label on my phone while walking back to my office to have it already printed and waiting for me. The only area I believe there could be improvement on is the Android app is a bit clunky but the the product itself is stellar.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Powerful, Fast, Easy To Use, Convenient! I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. This is a high quality and simple to use label printer that works great with my iPhone and can be added to your WiFi network. There are many built-in templates ready to go, and they are easily customizable. Unboxing this printer was easy and I found the power and USB cables packed neatly underneath. I think the design of this printer is sleek and nice looking. Setup was very simple - putting the blank labels on the spindle and feeding it through was straightforward. I never had to use the instructions, although I did glance at them to learn I could add it to my WiFi network so anyone can use it (a big plus!). Just plugged it in, downloaded the app, and connected my phone to it`s wifi signal and I was ready to print! It`s a fast printer clearly made out of quality components. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to print their own labels or postage.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this! I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. The Dymo LabelWriter was extremely easy to use and set up- I love that you can downloaded the app from your phone or iPad and it was extremely user friendly. Setup was so easy - one power cord for the wall is all that is needed. The label maker is very easy to setup and use and I love that it is wireless for printing - The only downside is that it's a little large for what it does. I would love a smaller compact maker so it takes up less space. Overall it's a great product and I would happily recommend to family and friends.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unable to get the "wireless" feature to work. I replace a Dymo labelmazer that had died. It would print one label then produce a blank, toward the end it would print on and eject two blanks. I spent hours trying to get this to work wireless but finally gave up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product! I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. I have had the DYMO LabelWriter Wireless for about a week. Initially it was difficult to use it wirelessly but I was finally able to do so. The labelwriter is a great product if you’re using it to maybe organize your office files, which is what I’m using it for. I work from home so this labelwriter is a life saver. I used the labels included but was also surprised to find that labels for the labelwriter are easily available online on the website as well as sites such as Amazon. I can't really compare this product to anything else as most of the labelwriters I’ve used in the past weren’t wireless. I do wish that it was easier to use wirelessly and that the app I installed on my phone was easier to use with the labelwriter. Other than that I was very pleased with the labelwriter’s functionality and the quality printing. The user Manuel was also very helpful with providing information on how to use it. I would recommend the DYMO wireless labelwriter if you're in the market for one.
