I bought this scanner a few months ago and it worked great... once. Since then I haven't been able to get it to work. There seems to be a problem with the driver, my laptop won't pick up that the scanner is there. I have downloaded the most recent driver, uninstalled, installed, to no avail. Too bad it seem

Fantastic but missing 1 thing

My only problem with it and why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because when I try to can a long receipt, it stops scanning it towards the end and says it's a paper jam. This is my 2nd Canon scanner.
The other one works great but it doesn't feed automatically and doesn't do 2-sided scan. This one is small enough to take with me, feeds the docs automatically, and scans front and back. The speed is reasonably fast, too.
