They fit in my ears very well and are very comfortable to have in all day long. I do not like the ones that have the tips that are shoved into the ear, as my ears hurt within a few minutes of those type. With these, I have no ear pain.

Only improvement would be rubber tips so they stay in a little better. They are awesome for the office, commute, or walking around but I am not sure about for working out.
