What do you like best about the product?
The Adobe tools are an industry standard for any kind of design work, capable of some amazing things, and for the single "all apps" subscription, you get a lot of choice regarding which apps you use for not a ton of money.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a large-company tool with a high degree of complexity, getting support as an admin is difficult, and in my experience working with Adobe client support, it very much feels like they're more interested in selling my org more licenses than they are in actually being helpful.
What do you like best about the product?
Acrobat allows the ability to manage an PDF file with features such as edit, fill out and sign, mark up, export to Word, reduce file size, and many other features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Selecting text or exporting to a text file is often inaccurate as it pulls text out of order.
What do you like best about the product?
Adobe Acrobat has improved the current processes used by our clinical team. We have been able to incorporate the use of Adobe Acrobat into the acquisition model for assisting patients in receiving specialty medication. This software was easy to implement within the office and the training needed to utilize this software is minimal for day-to-day use. I would say that on a daily basis my team utilizes Adobe acrobat 4-5 times a day and it has saved our clinical team plenty of time and prevented errors.

Adobe Acrobat can be challenging to utilize if team members do not take the time to use current resources that provide information on how to implement the software.

Ability to edit, and share easily with other users.

I have no dislikes - it meets all customers where they need to be.

I think the best thing about Adobe Acrobat is the fact that it manages to be a very user-friendly yet capable and useful program.

There is not much I don't like about the program but maybe they should add a few more features

Sometimes it’s not very intuitive and hard to understand how to do certain tasks

The ability to create reusable forms is a major efficiency boost.

Sometimes when editing a PDF, Acrobat groups different text fields together & messes up the alignment.
