Can't Print Pressure Sealed Forms
We have used HP printers for more than a decade to print legal-sized, pressure seal forms. This new printer jams incessantly on these forms, to the point of being entirely useless. Have spoken to HP extensively about this and they have no answer.

Great salesman and pretty good support
Purchased in September, the first unit had a smudge on the bottom right. they sent a technician 2 times with different parts. Finally in December they send a brand new unit. Well, its doing the same exact thing. This is a machine flaw. we can eliminate the smudge by printing double sided.

New technology
I had a 20 year old LJ8500 that I finally decide to replace. It was a good reliable printer! The M609 is indeed a faster, lightweight, and more efficient printer. However it is not made a durable but you are exchanging duribility for lightweight. This will require delicate handling since the trays and guides are so lightweight and seems easy to break and I did obtain a 3 year warranty. So far we Are happy with the replacement

Extremely Disappointed - Printer is a Lemon
We have purchased HP printers for years. This HP printer is noisy and continues to just quit printing randomly. Our IT company has spent several hours unsuccessfully trying to resolve the issue. This happens from various workstations.
