IT Recruitment and Staffing Services
Scope of Contract: Category C - IT Permanent and Temporary Staffing Services.
Agreement Term: Valid until December 13, 2028, with an optional extension of 2 years.
Pricing Structure: Pricing is based on a fixed percentage of the candidate’s first-year salary for permanent placements and a mark-up percentage based on hourly rates for temporary placements.

Networking Products & Related Services
Scope of Contract: The latest physical and virtual networking products, licence subscriptions and professional services, including:
- Access point products
- Routers
- Switches
- Security products
- Hybrid networking products (e.g. SD-WAN)
- Wireless LAN controller products
Feature Partners: All products within Cisco, F5 and Palo Alto Networks (PAN) catalogue. Includes both CDW and Cisco/PAN/F5-related professional services.
Agreement Term: Valid until June 14, 2025.
Pricing Structure: Minimum discount off OEM MSRP.
CDW-HELD OECM AGREEMENT #2016-261
End-User Computing Devices & Related Services
Scope of Contract: Lenovo's entire product portfolio of client and data centre solutions, as well as all CDW peripheral products and accessories. This agreement also includes CDW- and partner-related professional services.
Note: All offerings previously available under the OECM Digital Signage agreement can now be procured under the EUC agreement.

Scope of Contract:
- CDW’s entire software catalogue, except for Microsoft and Adobe products
- CDW and partner-related professional services included

Agreement Term: Valid until May 27, 2025.
Pricing Structure: Minimum discount off MSRP, with the exception of software renewals.
CDW-HELD OECM AGREEMENT #2016-259
IT Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing
Scope of Contract:
CATEGORY A – Vulnerability Assessment Services
- An external/internal assessment to identify and prioritize all security vulnerabilities associated with IT assets, resources and network infrastructure
CATEGORY B – Penetration Testing Services
- A simulated external/internal cyberattack in an attempt to intentionally breach and exploit IT security
CATEGORY C – Optional Resources
- Cloud assessment and penetration testing, security awareness training, system hardening assessment, threat risk assessment; and others
Agreement Term: Valid until January 30, 2025 with optional extension of 2 years.
Pricing Structure: Maximum net rate per UOM (hourly/ IP address).
