This USB-A active extension repeater cable (M/F) attaches to your current USB cable to extend it by 10 meters (32.8 feet). It connects your computer, laptop or other compatible USB device to a USB-A keyboard, printer, portable hard drive, game console or other peripheral. By adding 10 more meters to your connection, you have more flexibility in placing your devices. And by daisy-chaining two U330-10M-1 cables, you can extend the USB connection even further - up to 20 meters (65.6 feet).

Just connect the active cable's male end to your computer's USB port and the female end to a USB device cable to extend your total connection beyond USB's natural five-meter (16.4-foot) limit. The bus-powered signal booster ensures USB 3.2 Gen 1 data transfer speeds up to 5 Gbps with no signal loss. The cable is backward compatible with previous USB generations, so you can use it with legacy equipment.

The U330-10M-1 works with standard USB-A cables and supports up to 900mA of power to a connected device. Although not required, the additional USB-A male connector on the cable is provided for applications where power is needed. If you application is not working properly, connect the built-in connector to a USB-A port on your monitor or a USB wall outlet.
