Right on Time
Nothing to say but "Right on Time". Having been directed to work from home and nothing but my work laptop, I had to use my home monitor. Unfortunately, my work laptop connection would not accommodate the monitor. CDW was my "Go To" for that connection. I've been working without issues for weeks. Thank you CDW!

DisplayLink is an expensive mistake
I am not thrilled with this purchase. The directions were poor and the unit did not operate as described in the literature. I am running 3 monitors with a desktop PC. When I set it up as directed only one monitor worked. So, before returning it to Dell I tried several configurations. The one that worked had me linking to monitors to the DisplayLink and one to the HDMI connection on my computer.
So, what I have is a DisplayLink that only supports 2 monitors that I paid over $150 for. I could replace it with one of several links designed to drive 2 monitors and a USB multi port.
Would I buy another or recommend it --- no. I would use the above configuration at 2/3 the cost.

Tripp Lite cables out perform and over achieve.
Since Covid last year and more remote users, we have changed over to a different docking station and monitors. The docking stations have Display ports and the monitors are HDMI. After trying different brands of cables, we found the Tripplite cable to be the best and most reliable. The cables have solid ends and the cables are not thin. The overall cable is very reliable and work without any additional drivers. Plug and Play.
