Plus Service Plan, available only for hardware products and associated firmware/software, provides: access to telephone support, e-mail and web-based support on a 24-hour basis, upgrades to the quality, minor and major release of software and firmware associated with hardware, and access to the knowledge base. International locations may require longer travel delays but can be provided on similar expedited basis. No equipment charges on advance RMA from Thales SafeNet's spares equipment pool during regional business hours. Customer is responsible for return of the equipment within 30 days and return shipping charges.
