I installed the driver, it asks me to reboot, I did (be sure you do) and I plugged it in to my USB port on my HP Spectra x360 and it works. One other mention, the quality. The Startech product looks good, feels sturdy, and made of solid material.I write this review because few companies have great products, even better support, and seem to care like these folks.
