We received the Swipe reader however they did not work, so we need to send them back.

Does what it need to...
this product does what it needs to do, but can be confusing at times. The way we have to configure them is easy for us to do, but difficult for the standard user. Sometimes the tool is even broken!
These swipe better than the AJ swipers, but there are still times you have to be "just so" with the swipes.
