Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice printer with one flaw. I would rate this device 4.5 Stars if I could and the reason is the scanning software. We do a lot of scanning and this MFP being more of a pro-sumer the scanning software is less than easy to use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Won't connect to our laptop We can't get this printer to see our lapto onbthe wifi. My husband spent several hours with tech support with no answers. We have had some tech savy friends look at it, still nothing. We contacted Dell about returning it, but it was over 30 days, cso they won't take it back. At this point, it was a lot of money wasted.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Printer Performance Often feeds multiple pieces of paper through at one time. Also I thought it had a scanner on it but it doesn’t seem to perform that function.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic Printer!!!! Printer was packaged for shipment better than anything I have ever ordered! It was easy to hook up, especially the wireless connection. The metal frame clinched the sale because it should outlast other printers with plastic frames. In short, this is a fantastic printer, well worth the price!!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Out With the New It's a more up-to-date model than my Dell 525w, but I would prefer having the old one back as it was a simpler operation and more user friendly than the newer Lexmark. Although, wireless printing from remote devices is a nice feature. I spent several hours over the first two days on the phone with tech support because the Lexmark would not print or scan to the computer, and in the end new drivers needed to be installed that were not available for easy download as claimed. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience to get it up and running, and now that it does function I find that I prefer the old machine. To be clear, the only reason I purchased a new machine is because toner for the old machine was not available! I originally ordered a 4-pack of toner from the Dell site in February, but by mid April I had still not received the toner. After printing just B/W until the black ran out I purchased an inexpensive ink jet which proved to be a joke because the cartridges did not print anywhere near the number of pages as claimed they would. So, ultimately I had to drive 20 mins each way to my office a few times a week just to use that monochrome laser printer. The old 525w would still be fine if I could rely on toner being available going forward, but now I'm just hoping that toner for the Lexmark will be readily available when I need it.
