The IBM 4662 FlashSystem 5200 NVMe Control Enclosure Model 6H2 features dual node canisters with an eight-core processor and up to 512 GB cache (system total) in a compact 1U, 19-inch rack mount enclosure. 10 Gb iSCSI connectivity is standard. It has twelve 2.5-inch NVMe drive slots and supports the attachment of up to twenty 2U expansion enclosures or up to eight 5U expansion enclosures. This delivers support for up to 748 drives. FlashSystem 5200 supports four-way system clustering including Hyperswap, data reduction pools with deduplication and compression, and encryption of data at rest.
