The only downside was the ink started messing up yellow colors pretty quickly. The images had lots of streaks. I decided to give them another chance and my second order of color ink has been working much better. I must have just received a lemon on the first one.

Its hard to find what you want on there because it just keeps trying to get you to sign up for "instant ink". Seems like everything you click takes you to that. You have to work hard to just find the option to buy. I don't want the instant ink deal and it wouldn't listen!

I have been purchasing my ink from HP for over a year, and even loyal customers don’t receive any kind of benefit. I saw the other day that Office Depot had the same ink for 25% off, so I’m going to start shopping with companies that appreciate my business and offer promos once and while.

I made sure I told the person who took the order to address the ink to my granddaughter. All is well that ends well the right ink was sent to me I sent it to her.

My printer is one of the compatible printers is supposed to work with so why isn’t it working! It’s telling me that the ink won’t work and cancels all my print jobs on the HPEnvy 5000! This is not acceptable HP!

Also love the Instant Ink program which automatically ships ink when my printer is low. I purchased this ink as an extra back up because the Holiday season is so close and I have lots of extra printing to do. The colors and quality of HP65 ink is exquisite! My ink lasts longer than other brands I have used in the past. I personally feel my HP 65 Ink is the best quality available.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Extra Ink Cartridge I purchased this when I needed to change printers (my old one kind of gave up) and I couldn't find the tricolor ink cartridge that came with the HP printer, but really needed to do some printing. As luck would have it, I found the original cartridge, so this one is basically a spare for when the ink runs out (usually in the middle of the night). What I particularly liked was that I was able to purchase this at a much lower price than any of the other dealers out there. If the original color cartridge is any indication, this cartridge will be up to HP's excellent standards.

Evidently, the instant ink program did not send me a refill cartridge even though my printer was out of ink, so I ordered a cartridge on my own. It turns out, this cartridge does not communicate with HP at all. I did not know there was a difference between the ink cartridges I buy on my own and those delivered through the instant ink program.

If you have an HP printer always buy the original HP in cartridges so you have no problems printing. HP is the best.

But after only three weeks with normal printing the color cartridge is empty. The black cartridge is still 3/4 full. The color cartride always emptys before the black but never like this. I do not think the color cartridge was full when I bought it. Bad quality control.

Tried aligning the print heads, running the cleaner a couple of times but nothing worked. Had to run to Wal-Mart and pick up new ones again after leads than a month and .accordingly to the reading the cartridges are still full!

I opened my product today and proceeded to make color copies. After about 10 pages my copies started coming out smeared/faded lines down the middle. Definitely was not expecting that at all. I googled the cartridges and it was suggested to order them from HP. I placed the order from HP. I finally received the cartridges after (almost) three weeks. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cartridge Error On Printer Screen The printer screen reads, cartridge error re-insert cartridge. after cleaning the contacts and trying to get help from the virtual agent I was directed to an HP blog which unveiled many people having the same issue. The printer will still print black with the the new black cartridge and the old empty color cartridge installed but the new color cartridge will not work. I really don't want to risk buying a new color cartridge not knowing if that one will work or not, so I'll stick to printing black only. Printers were better before they were controlled remotely.

Still have and use two other hp printers I’ve had for 10+ years. That's become a big problem with on-line shopping, once you order something your now on THE LIST. Your inundated with mail for this sale item and please review that. It gets to the point that the consumer has to mark as junk to stop the flood. Why is it that retailers can't just sell on-line and leave you alone. It's to the point where its become a real negative customer experience. It's just an ink cartridge!!

Tried several times to reinstall it and power cycled my printer and the printer kept coming up with the error message: " unable to communicate with the print cartridge " had to go on the HP support Web site and get a RMA ticket and a QR code to have FEDEX ship it back to HP. The recycled one I bought at Office Max worked perfectly for less money.

Install the ink cartridge and before I even use 1/4 of the ink, it will stop printing one color. Sometimes if I clean the heads (twice) I will get one good print and then it happens again. Each cartridge seems to have problems with a different color. The last one wouldn’t print green, the one before that wouldn’t print red and so on. I wondered if the ink was freezing, but even when warm it still does this. I’m ready to go to a different company.

Defective product but website not easy to navigate to return defective product. Had to purchase at a local store as I needed right away to print an important document. Disappointed.

It comes in an envelope but the post office cannot deliver it because of the signing order from you! So they come to my mail box and deliver a card saying I hove to go pick this up. I understand if it was a printer, but and ink cartridge, get it together.
