The morning after I placed the order, I received an e-mail with a much later date than initially promised. I needed the cartridge because your HP will not print if even one cartridge is depleted. So I called your toll free number and your agent was able to cancel my order, telling me when I should expect my refund. Then I traveled half an hour to find a retail store that stocked the product and purchased it there. A week later, instead of a refund, I received the item, which I now do not need.

Upon inspection of the ink box I see a date of Oct. 2021. This leaves about 6 months until expiration and possible rejection by the printer. Not happy about that.

This means that the HP printer that I bought in the Caribbean won't work with ink bought in the US without changing the printer's region code, even though it is the SAME model. Absurd, and ridiculous. I will be looking for another printer. DO NOT bring HP printers with you if you move. It's just not worth the hassle.
