Great price and free shipping.
I became aware that I was low on black ink for my printer and began to shop for price. It turned out that I could order the ink from HP.com store and it was the same price as me going to a nearby office supply store and shipped to my door for free. I will always choose to have some one bring it to the house as opposed to me having to take time out of my day.

TOO EXPENSIVE FOR 1 BLACK INK CARTRIDGE !
I needed a black ink cartridge, I rarely print in color. As it turns out I had to buy the color cartridges as well or the printer would not work. Almost $100 dollars was invested just to print in black ink ! The real kicker is that I ordered the black cartridge online directly from you ! Not a mention from HP that I had to change all ink cartrdges for my printer to work ! I am not happy at all folks. The cartridge is great, but at what cost ?

Restarted printer to fix cartridge issue
The cartridge installed easily and worked fine for a few days. Then after a few pages across a few days, a message appeared saying it was either not a HP genuine cartridge or was damaged. I took it out and reinstalled a couple of times with no success. Then shutdown the printer and turned it back on again. It has worked fine now for the last week.

ON AUTO SHIP I PAY FOR
The HP Black ink emptied and it said it wasn't an HP ink, (it was) so I ended up having to buy a $40 black ink cartradge. There was no way to be able to talk to someone to explain that it needed to go on my auto ship, that I pay for monthly. no customer service, its all auto computer responses and they want money to talk to a person. If the printer says it's not an HP ink than you don't get the auto delivery. I definintly need the auto ship. I run a business and can't be in the middle of printing than have no ink. It was a great option but I will need to cancel it and just purchase ahead like the good ol days. Im not paying monthly and having to buy the ink as well!

Poor performance
After loading a new cartridge and printing a few copies, I keep getting the message that I'm almost out of black ink. Have to select use black ink only for each page to print. A real pain. The other colors also had fresh cartridges.

I know it's expensive, but when it comes to ink,you really do get what you pay for. The cheap ink cartridges have clogged & leaked ruined my old printer. So I will only use HP now.

HP Screws Up the Menu on their New 9 Office Jet "Wide-Body" Printer.
Being a decades-long fan of HP printers, we bought the new "Wide-Body" 9 HP Office-Jet printer and is has serious problems.
Whomever was resonsible for the menu coding should be fired becasue it, and the functions that lead the printer, are a mess. Hours have been spent trying to print 11X17 and the menu complicates the effort.
By pure stumble, we occationally had sucess, and the print quality was outstanding (very good), enought to want it to print that again, but no joy there.
HP should be ashamed that they screwed up such a good printer.

Your ink is OUTRAGEOUSLY priced! And your practice of forcing a firmware upgrade on my 2 - 8710's, rendering them useless to me because I now can only use them if I buy your OUTRAGEOUSLY priced ink, is an insult to your loyal customers. My cost of ink cartridges went from $36 to $180 because of your FORCED FIRMWARE UPGRADE. I have since purchase your competitor's printer and I will never again recommend nor use another HP product.
