Perhaps if one is a frequent user of a printer, the cartridge might last for the number of pages claimed by HP. But for this casual user, the cartridge lasts for 50% or less than claimed. Color is ok while it lasts.

Came a little early!
Signed up for the auto-refill service and before I had printed 20 pages, the yellow cartridge showed up at my door. A little early, I hope. No other cartridges have shown up.

1) Your cartridge are very over priced!
2) The printer will not print unless HP cartridge are used! This is unacceptable.
3) Your reward program can not be accessed. I am not sure why I keep getting the pop ups to claim my reward....

SCREWED BY HP.......AGAIN !
THEY DON'T WORK !!! I tried every test and maintenance procedure that HP provides for my printer and NONE OF THE THREE - 935 XLCYAN, 935 XLMAGENTA and 935 XL YELLOW DID NOT WORK !!!
AND, I've tried NUMEROUS TIMES to get to talk with a support person who could give me either a refund or new ink cartridges, and they just kept switching me to other people (SEVEN TIMES) until finally someone disconnected my call. One male technician asked where the cartridges were made and I told him "Malaysia", as it said on the bottom of each cartridge. He said, "Let me switch you to someone who can help you," and IMMEDIATELY cut me off and switched me to another person, who naturally, you have to wait 10 to 20 minutes MORE until they answer. I spent over AN HOUR AND 45 MINUTES trying to get help, only to get hung-up on.
IMPOSSIBLE TO DEAL WITH !!!

My concern is that you do not have any of the blue ink available. I've tried your site, COSTCO and staples they are all out of that ink "C" amazing. Look forward to a response.

Product does not work
purchased 4 new ink cartridges. all colors work but yellow. attempted to contact customer service just to get them to replace the $23 yellow cartridge. they stated i needed to contact tech support because there could be a issue with printer. So i re installed old yellow cartridge and printer worked. So i guess its time to get new cannon printer.

I bought all three colors because the non-high yield ink cartridges did not last a month even though I did not use much. After replacing the cartridges, I printed few 4X6 pictures at the best quality for the first time but the ink level for all colors were still at top. Hopefully these would last longer.

Leaked all over the box
This is the first time I had used the online purchase for ink from HP. Prices are the same as Office Depot. Waited over a week for delivery and was extremely disappointed when the package arrived. Won't do this again....
