It is very surprising that HP, with all its resources, has developed this incredibly user unfriendly website. I just ordered 2 cartridges and my order is complete. I spent less than two minutes placing the two items in my cart and more than 20 minutes to achieve check out. My partner who worked for HPE for seven years came over to help me, and he could only shake his head.
