The label says it is Genuine HP. It seems that it was refilled. There was no plastic tab to pull out.

I’ve never been dissatisfied with the HP product. I would however suggest you buy straight from HP rather than a office supply, they seem to last longer and the delivery is usually next day.

Our new printer HP Laser Jet Pro MFP M426 fdw is so far a very good printer with very good features. Access to the purchase a printer cartridge is easy online. My only concern is the cost of printing it is estimated to be $.04 per print. This is expensive to a small business. I am trying to stay loyal to HP an thus far have not searched for a competing brand of toner cartridge. We all know that HP sells printers just to have you by the toner. They are like Gillette razors they give you the handle and over charge on the blades. Well there are now competitors in the razor market place and the same may be for HP. I think you should consider discounts for your toner cartridges to keep our loyalty and goodwill. Food for thought! Ed Martin
