Devours toner
The first time I ran a small job, right after I purchased this printer (P2035) (unfortunately I purchased two of them) the toner light came on. I have used HP printers over twenty years and never had anything like this. This printer is sold under the impression that its toner will last for 2300 copies. The Supplies Status Page in my printer states that it will print 900. To top it all, the toner (05A) is out of stock at HP. Also there is no way to save an Econo-mode in the printer, only in the document. I wish I had bought another brand.

decent enough printer, the toner does not last anywhere near the advertised levels, probably less than half of what is advertised ...please read all of the comments. this is a major issue as the toner cartridge is $90 plus every time. Wish I too purchased something else. HP are you reading these ? are you listening ?

How hard is it to fill a recycled cartridge with black ink and then charge over $100! The product works fine but this is just another example of corporate greed. They know you can't use the printer unless you buy their cartridge. It's very sad how consumers are taken advantage of by probably another billionaire.

Get maybe 1700 pages yield, if lucky
This toner does not get anywhere near 2300 page yield! HP claims its yield is "reasonable" at 1500-1700 . We are replacing this toner 3 times more often than the last model of the same printer. Very disappointed

HP P2055-DN Stopped Working after replacing Toner
Hello, when I replaced the old toner cartridge in my HP printer with this new HP toner cartridge, the printer stopped working. Now it only prints blank pages. Despite all my efforts, the printer no longer works.
I threw away the printer and the ink cartridge, and bought a new Brother printer instead.

Don't Buy Printer ...
HP P2035 -Printer - maybe 1 Star.
Ink is may major drain.... for what you pay for printer. HP could give you printer and it's not worth it. Ink is $90.00 per box and it does not yeild the count on box... DO NOT BUY HP P2035, go to Vegas you would do better....

Great product and Fast delivery!
I purchased this ink toner last night at 10pm and was able to get free next day delivery. Being a pharmacy student, I run out of ink FAST since I have to print so many lecture notes and powerpoint slides to study. Anyway, I just received my ink toner from FedEx and was shocked at how fast Hp was able to pack and ship my toner. Thanks for the fast delivery service.
OVerall, I've used this product for the past two years I've been in Pharmacy school and it's pretty great. It's way better than the previous hp printer I had. I am able to print thousands of documents over a semester without having to buy ink until the next semester. Plus, the printer I have can automatically print double sided so that's an added positive.

Page output is very low
Have purchased only HP printers in the past and expected the same page output with my new HP Laser Jet P2035 and its toner cartridge 05A. Not so! The toner cartridge for my old HP used to last three months and cost only $10 more than the 05A. I'm lucky to get one month out of the 05A - definitely disappointing!!

Cannot rate as one item. Service was GREAT.
The cartridge had to be returned as it did not work. The ordering was smooth and easy. Your salesman was patient and went beyond good to help me. Can't remeber a time I such good service. Shipping was right on time. Everything perfect except the cartidge

GOOD PRINTER & TONER!
I have had my HP LaserJet P2035n for a couple of years now, and it's a good little work horse -- never jams or gives me any trouble. The toner cartridge is excellent quality and lasts a couple of months. I use it for letters small documents -- our larger documents are printed on your copy machine.

At times its hard to find. Current printer with 5 years and still going - requires this cartridge. Although its hard to find, we manage to get this at HP product online all the time.

Uses too much toner
The printer is nice but the toner does not last close to the 2300 pages as advertised. We might get 1500. Consider this when purchasing the printer as the toner is quite expensive for how long it lasts. I would have purchased something else.

Installing Toner cartridge in Laser Printer
The toner cartridge is fine, however, I the shipping and packaging left much to be desired. There were no instructions in the box for installing the cartridge. I had to go on YouTube and find a video for how to install the toner in my printer. Printed instructions should always be included in the box. Secondly, part of the box was torn when I received it. I realize this was not HP's fault but due to the handling process. Perhaps HP can require that the product be packed in a more secure box.

Uses lots of Toner
I print a lot of logos and text on acetate sheets. We recently purchased this printer to replace a 3 year old Dell. Instead of ordering toner every 1 1/2 to 2 months in non-peak season, I ordered toner on 4-26-2011 and already need to reorder on 5-16-2011. Toner eats way too quickly, will most likely put this printer elsewhere in the company and choose something better.

Uses way too much toner...hp used to be known for quality printers that are work horses & print tons of pages...not so much anymore... I am constantly ordering toner for this printer...and for the Office Jet Pro L7590... They make their money on toner these days.

Toner did not work and HP will not send me replacement. They gave me a credit that does not work.
The $125 toner has been leaving blobs right out of the box. I contacted HP for the last couple of weeks with no resolution. Instead of sending me a replacement, they provided me with a coupon that does not work. They claim it works on their end but it's not working for me. I have been sending them the order declined notice I've been getting. I have told them on multiple occasions, I am willing to send back the bad tone, just send me a new one. But they will only provide a coupon code that does not work. Its been a month and no replacement toner has been shipped.

bought a laser jet printer in 2004 so I could save printing costs. The printer and toner are excellent products. I now use the black and white printer for my home use only(I retired). It seems like the cartridge lasts me almost 2 years. My printing costs are very low with these HP products.

The LaserJet toner cartridge was very easy to replace.
The order structure for buying this cartridge was easy to use; your phone staff was excellent.
The whole shopping experience was excellent. It made me feel like I was doing business with a lifelong friend.
And within two days from my placing my cartridge order. my toner cartridge was delivered.

Replacement warning too soon
Printer gives a message to order a new cartridge long before it is actually needed. I ordered the new cartridge when prompted but have yet to install it, as the printer is still printing fine.

Replacement Toner Cartridge
The replacement toner cartridge was easy to replace. It works flawlessly. The toner cartridge used to have a blank line running through the printed page (blank line used to run vertically). I recommend it without reservation.

Perfect copy first try.
I ordered a new toner cartridge on line. It came in a box I could use to recycle the previous one. The step by step instructions are in icons on the cartridge itself. The whole process of replacing the spent cartridge took just a few minutes and a couple more to package up the old one. The test page printed perfectly

WiFi Connect Was No Go
I have considerable experience setting up printers and the difficulties therein. While this printer looks great, I never was able to get the WiFi to connect to my router. I used both the manual (I entered the router pass code) and the HP automatic find and connect feature. The router and printer were about 30 inches apart. I checked internet reviews and it appears others have had the same problem. Because I was given a 30 return deadline I could not return it. It now sits unused on a desk and I no longer can print anything.

Paying close to $90 every three months for a toner cartridge that use to last 9 months is planned obsolescence to the extreme. I'm having more problems with HP printers than ever before at home and in the office. The next printer purchase may not be an HP due to the cost of their printing cartridges.

I have never had a problem with OEM HP toner. I have dealt with other toner products and sometimes they come in busted open or leaking. I have never gotten one from HP like that.
