Total Disappointment
If I could return this, I would. From the initial set up on WiFi to scanning and printing, this has been nothing but problems. It is not nearly as fast as advertised for starters. Then 9 times out of 10, it won’t print. The error message says can’t connect to printer. But I’m right there. And the printer says it’s connected. Then it says I have a paper jam, but there was no jam. I was printing single page documents. How could it be jammed? After following the instructions on the screen to clear a jam and not finding one, I accidentally unplugged it. That solved the problem. The scanner is super slow, and although you can choose where you want a document saved, you can’t name it until AFTER it’s saved.
So disappointed, but I can’t fathom shipping a 60 lb printer back to the seller.

Poor service
After ordering the product, Dell delayed my original country date multiple times. Can't get a refund once you purchase something,
even if it's their fault.

Too soon to tell but so far - so good.
We believe this device is the durable, full function printer/scanner we were looking for and were able to acquire it at a reasonable price. Because one of the principal users is battling cancer and other health issues, it has not yet received the use necessary to make a judgement on quality and performance. One disappointing aspect is that we have not been able to find an economically priced source for the large format (13' x 19") paper but that is offset by the fact that ink cartridges are less expensive than those for some other brands.

To Big
I like the features offered. The printer is to big. It is the size for small office equipment. Those features should be offered in a smaller package, for home use.

Wish I hadn't thrown the box away
Paper jams no matter how much I troubleshoot. Prints very slowly and sometimes skips pages or ejects a random blank page. It's super huge and an eye sore in my living room. It looks like a monitor from the 80s
