Ordered this direct from Brother and it only lasted about 2 weeks. Had to go purchase from local office supply company.

The worst I have used in a decade
Imbedded chip does not perform with the model I have and requires insane maneuvers to get brother printer to accept brother ink. Took 2 calls to customer service because “updates” have changed the process and my printer does not even have a button to press, so you have to press a random unmarked location to get it to accept the cartridge, then it began leaking after about 100 pages and has basically ruined the printer! So glad I paid top dollar for “brother” ink
