EASY INSTALLATION!
Great packaging and very easy installation! I was pleased to find step-by-step instructions, but this was a very easy install. It was also fairly easy for me to locate a return shipping label on HP to return the old kit (and UPS picks up at our door).

Worked as advertised.
The Transfer Kit was easy to install and worked as advertised. I have never encounter an issue with HP branded supplies. And I have laser printers 10 years old.

This unit Is an excellent Printer expendable. However, it arrived with no instruction sheet. Therefore, one must be totally familiar with the printer before attempting to replace the image transfer module.
