Changes to the Terms and Conditions

CDW CANADA may change these terms and conditions of use at any time, without prior notice. If you access or use a Site after CDW CANADA posts a change, you accept that change. If you do not accept the change, do not access or use the site. You should check these terms and conditions of use periodically.

Access and Use of a Site

CDW CANADA grants you a limited license to access and use the applicable Site, including to display, copy, distribute and download its content, only for your personal, non-commercial use and provided that you do not modify the Site, its content, or any copyright or other proprietary notices.

This license terminates automatically if you breach any of these terms and conditions of use. Upon termination, you must immediately destroy all copies of any content in your possession. You agree that CDW CANADA may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of a Site for any reason. Should you object to these terms and conditions of use or any subsequent modification, change or amendment thereto or become dissatisfied with a Site in any way, your only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the Site.

Unauthorized use of a Site or any content may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes.

Restrictions on Use of a Site

CDW CANADA grants you a limited, revocable and nonexclusive right to create a hyperlink to the home page of a Site so long as the link does not portray CDW CANADA or its products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory or offensive matter. CDW CANADA does not review or control third party websites that link to or from each Site, is not responsible for their content and does not represent that their content is accurate or appropriate.
