CONTRACT OVERVIEW

Agreement #22001 for End User Computing Devices (EUCD):

AGREEMENT TERM: Five (5) year contract, active from January 19, 2023 - January 18, 2028, with an option to extend the term for a period of up to five (5) additional years.

SCOPE OF AGREEMENT: CDW Canada will sell and support various HPI end-user computing devices (EUCD) and related products (accessories and peripherals) to Focused Education members. This includes HPI Chromebooks, desktops, laptops, displays and accessories.

CDW Canada is the largest Power Services Partner with HPI.

CDW Canada has 10+ in-house HP pre-sales specialists.

CDW and HPI are committed to serving the BC K-12 education market.

Agreement #22002 for IT Professional Services:

AGREEMENT TERM: Three (3) year contract, active from February 1, 2023 – January 31, 2026, with an option to extend the term.

SCOPE OF AGREEMENT: CDW Canada is awarded on three (3) service categories:

Information and Cybersecurity Services

Network Services

Infrastructure Services

Utilizing this agreement, customers can receive competitive discounts from CDW advertised prices, as well as unmatched levels of service, advice and support from our subject matter experts (SMEs). CDW SMEs provide complimentary scoping and design in the areas of servers and storage, unified communications, security, wireless, power and cooling, networking, software licensing and more.
