Health Plans
CDW offers Medical (including prescription drug, and vision care), and Dental coverage as well as Life Insurance and AD&D. The Company plan encourages you to take an active role in your health care, be aware of your coverage, and is designed to protect you and your family against financial hardship in the event of serious illness or injury.


Benefits to Help Build Financial Security
CDW’s financial security benefits assist you in your future goals and help you build a solid foundation for financial security. CDW Canada’s Registered Retired Saving Plan (RRSP) is designed to help our coworkers save for their retirement. The plan has 2 components:

  • The RRSP feature allows you to save for the future through pre-tax payroll deductions.

  • Employer matching contributions (Deferred Profit Sharing Plan - DPSP) may be made to coworkers who make RRSP contributions to the plan during the plan year.

CDW has also recently rolled out a Registered Education Savings Plan (RESP) which allows coworkers to save for their children’s future education.


Benefits to Protect Your Income
CDW provides basic life and AD&D insurance coverage to give eligible coworkers and their family a measure of financial protection in the event they die or have a serious accident while actively employed. In addition, coworkers can enroll in supplemental life insurance for themselves and their dependent spouse. CDW’s long-term disability plans may provide coworkers with continued income if they are unable to work due to a non-occupational illness or injury.
